This Privacy Policy applies to all users of RevuIntel, regardless of location. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Platform.

- CSV file contents you upload
- Metadata about uploaded files (file name, upload date, file size)
- Analysis, reports, and outputs generated from your data
Your uploaded files may contain personal data (such as customer names, email addresses, or other identifiable information). We process such personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the analytical services you've requested, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Terms of Service.
2.3 Usage and Analytics Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform:
- Features used and frequency of use
- Pages or sections accessed
- Time spent on the Platform
- Search queries and filters applied
- Export and download activity
2.4 Technical Information
We collect technical data to maintain and improve the Platform:
- Device type and operating system

4.1 AI Processing Services
Your uploaded data is transmitted to third-party AI services for processing, analysis, and insight generation, solely to provide the analytical services you've requested. These services:
- Receive your uploaded data in order to perform natural language processing and analytics
- May process data on servers located in the United States and other jurisdictions
- Are bound by data processing agreements that require them to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality
We do not permit our third-party AI service providers to use User Data to train their proprietary or third-party foundation AI models. Our agreements with such providers contractually restrict the use of User Data solely to providing the requested services.
4.2 Cloud Infrastructure Providers
We use third-party cloud infrastructure providers to store, process, and manage data. These providers:
- Host our Platform and store user data
- Provide backup and disaster recovery services

4.3 Data Processing Agreements

6. Data Retention and Deletion
6.1 Retention Periods
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and fulfill the purposes outlined in Section 3, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Account Information: Retained while your account is active, plus 30 days after account deletion (for backup and legal compliance purposes)
- Uploaded Data: Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of specific files at any time through the Platform or by contacting us
- Usage and Analytics Data: Retained for up to 12 months in identifiable form; aggregated data may be retained longer
- Technical Logs: Retained for up to 90 days
6.2 Data Deletion
Upon your request, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where:
- Data must be retained to comply with legal obligations
- Data is necessary for fraud prevention or security
- Data has been aggregated and anonymized
- Backup copies may take up to 90 days to be fully purged from our systems (as permitted by the Terms of Service)
