1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RevuIntel platform (the "Service"), including our website, applications, and all related services provided by RevuIntel ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, registering for, or using RevuIntel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not use the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users, including those who upload data, analyze insights, or otherwise interact with the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

RevuIntel is an AI-powered analytics platform that allows users to upload customer reviews data in CSV format. The Service analyzes this data using third-party artificial intelligence models to generate business insights, including but not limited to:

• Sentiment analysis
• SWOT analysis
• STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) analysis
• Customer journey mapping
• Competitive analysis
• AI-generated recommendations

The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. All outputs are generated by AI systems and should be reviewed critically before reliance.

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 Not Professional Advice

RevuIntel does NOT provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, or professional consulting advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional consultation with qualified advisors in any field.

You acknowledge that business insights generated by the Service are informational only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of all outputs before taking any action.

3.2 AI-Generated Content Limitations

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or biases. The Company makes no warranty that outputs are accurate, complete, unbiased, or suitable for your specific purposes. AI models can produce inconsistent, misleading, or contextually inappropriate results.

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are probabilistic and may vary between analyses
• Generated insights may not reflect current market conditions
• Recommendations may not account for variables specific to your business
• AI models have training data limitations and knowledge cutoff dates

3.3 User Responsibility for Business Decisions

All business decisions, strategies, or actions based on RevuIntel outputs are your sole responsibility. The Company accepts no liability for business outcomes, lost revenue, missed opportunities, or any consequences resulting from your reliance on the Service.

You must independently verify all insights and conduct your own due diligence before implementing any recommendations or strategies based on RevuIntel outputs.

4. User Eligibility and Accounts

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. If you are a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with specific legal requirements, you must comply with all applicable laws.

4.2 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the legal right to use all User Data you upload
• You have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from data subjects
• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection laws
• User Data does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• User Data does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code

5.2 Your Obligations

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Obtaining appropriate consent from individuals whose data you upload
• Maintaining backups of your User Data
• Monitoring your account for unauthorized access

The Company is not responsible for loss, deletion, or corruption of User Data. We recommend you maintain independent backups of all important data.

5.3 Data Processing

By uploading User Data to RevuIntel, you authorize us to:

• Store and process your data using our infrastructure
• Transmit data to third-party AI service providers for analysis
• Retain data in accordance with our retention policy
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Company IP

RevuIntel, including all software, code, design, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

6.2 Generated Outputs

You own the generated insights, analyses, and recommendations produced by the Service ("Generated Outputs"), subject to the limitations in this section.

However, you acknowledge that:

• Generated Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or original
• Other users may receive similar or identical outputs based on similar input data
• The Company retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated insights for service improvement
• Generated Outputs may incorporate patterns from third-party training data

Users may use, reproduce, distribute, and display Generated Outputs for internal business purposes and external presentations, provided such use does not imply endorsement by the Company.

6.3 User Content

You retain ownership of all User Data. By uploading User Data, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and analyze your data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. User Data is not used to train proprietary or third-party foundation artificial intelligence models. Improvements relate to system performance, reliability, and analytical quality.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use RevuIntel for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Uploading data containing personal information without proper consent or legal basis
• Using the Service to make decisions that discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Uploading data obtained through illegal means or in violation of third-party rights
• Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineering, extracting, or replicating proprietary software, prompts, workflows, or system architecture for the purpose of creating a competing product or service
• Uploading data containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harassing, defaming, or threatening other users
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Using the Service for high-risk applications without appropriate safeguards (e.g., medical decisions, autonomous vehicles)

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and legal action.

8. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

RevuIntel relies on third-party AI services, cloud infrastructure providers, and other external services. The Company is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions or outages caused by third-party providers
• Data breaches or security incidents at third-party services
• Changes in third-party service availability or pricing
• Quality, accuracy, or reliability of third-party AI models

We will use reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

The Company will treat your User Data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, or as otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that the Company may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from the Service for research, analytics, and service improvement without restriction.

12. Payment Terms

12.1 Fees and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan or service tier. Fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified. Billing occurs at the interval you select (monthly, annually, etc.).

12.2 Payment Methods

You authorize the Company to charge your designated payment method for all fees. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and notifying us of any changes.

12.3 Refunds

Refunds are not provided except as required by law or expressly stated in writing by the Company. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, your sole remedy is termination of your account.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by terminating the account through the Service interface. Termination is effective immediately upon receipt of notice.

13.2 Termination by Company

The Company may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in illegal or harmful conduct
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Pose a security risk to the Service or other users

13.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• The Company may delete your User Data after 30 days
• Outstanding fees remain due
• Sections that survive termination (liability, indemnification, confidentiality) remain in effect

You are responsible for downloading and backing up your User Data before termination.

14. Modifications to Terms and Service

The Company may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practicable, but we are not obligated to do so.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
